My name is Vael, though I go by nighteyes on most online forums. I like video games, comics, and anime, and various crafting activities. But you're here for the art - you can find pricing and examples here on the carrd, and for anything not here, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Terms
Payment
All payment will be done in GBP via PayPal. Once the invoice is received, I require all payment in full before proceeding on the commission.
Exceptions can be made for larger payments with 50% up front and the rest once prior to receiving the final piece; this will only be an option after both parties agree. Some pricing may change depending on your personal requests; this will be explicitly discussed prior to an agreement being reached.
Requirements
In order to carry out your commission, I will require a detailed description, reference sheet, or reference images. If you want it to look a certain way, please provide a visual reference and make sure to specify what you want used from the references.
You will be given an opportunity for revisions after the initial sketch is complete.
Conditions
I reserve the right to terminate the contract at any point at my discretion; rude behaviour and harassment will not be tolerated and will prompt a termination of the artist/client relationship, along with a block and ban from any future works.
No unauthorised alterations are permitted on the final piece, nor on the WIPs sent; this includes red-lining, re-colouring and reworks. The watermark/signatures are not to be removed when sharing the work commissioned.
You are not permitted to use any work I created as an NFT.
I reserve the right to post a watermarked version on my social media.

Refunds
If at any point the contract is terminated, the client will receive a refund of 30-50% of the initial payment. This applies regardless of who terminates the contract.
If no work has been done, a full refund will be issued.
Completed work will not be refunded under any circumstances.
